I Love That Design is looking to establish in other areas and territories within Australia. We are looking for reputable licensed builders.

Our portfolio plan library range consists of over 3,250 CAD designed house plans. We offer builders the opportunity to create their own design range; your collection of plans tailored to suit your regions design requirements and trends. Your selections are exclusive to your building area, ensuring a unique design portfolio and a point of difference from your competitors and professionally prepared brochures for marketing to upload on your website. These brochures will state on bottom right corner “Proudly supported by I Love That Design” and our logo.

We can provide *builder franchise intellectual property agreements including; but not limited to documents to enable you to complete contract/specification, colour selection, WH&S, Scope of Works, Subcontractor Agreements; as well as work up home price file, selection of home designs, bill of quantities to enable word orders and work up a home price list, sales tender documentation, sales inclusion list & associated documents, sales variation book to enable standard plans to be changed and priced accordingly by sales staff, etc and other administration documents only on a PAYG (pay as you go basis) per house on a low percentage basis. There is a low joining fee due to nature of this Intellectual Property agreement and what is on offer.
